Mr. Eric Kung is the Founder, Chairman & Principal Consultant of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of change management consultancy, executive training & development, and critical incidence management work for over 29 years. Eric founded Human Dynamic in 1993 in Hong Kong. Since then, he had led the company to grow to be a leading provider of Integrated Solution for Leadership and Change in the Asia Pacific with 14 direct offices across the Asia Pacific serving over 100 global companies.
Eric has extensive experience in corporate consulting in leading organizational change, handling staff communication in change and crisis management, and conducting leadership training for senior executives and middle managers. Clients that he has worked with include HP, Microsoft, HSBC, Manulife, Nestle, P&G, Nike, GE, Dow Chemical, Chevron, Freudenberg, Ubisoft, MTR, Towngas, Idemia, and many other global companies and government bodies. He travels widely as a consultant and speaker in Greater China, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and India.
Eric graduated from McMaster University, Canada, in 1982 with an honor bachelor’s degree in commerce. In 1987, he obtained from University of Hong Kong master’s degree in social work. In 1999 he obtained his second master’s degree of Divinity from Hong Kong Baptist Seminary. Eric completed his MA & PhD program in Leadership and Change at the Antioch University, Ohio, USA in 2022. His dissertation was on Exploring Leadership as Practice of Middle Managers Engaged in Organizational Change in Asia Pacific Multinational Setting.
Starting in 2021 Eric conducts seminars and training courses for entrepreneurs and business leaders at the University of Hong Kong SPACE Institute of China Business on leadership, change management, organization development, and staff engagement. He continues his research on entrepreneurship and leadership among small and medium enterprises in the Asia Pacific region.

Lina Lam currently serves as the CEO at Human Dynamic to oversee the business developments and consultation services of the company. Lina has been providing people management consultation and management counseling to HR directors, middle management up to senior executives. She also works with many Fortune 500 multi-national corporations to design people management programs, behavioral risk management solutions and work life friendly policies that aiming at enhancing employees’ performance and building people management effectiveness.
Lina is accredited in Facet 5, a psychometric/personality profiling assessment tool from UK and Leadership Potential Evaluation (LPE) from Germany.
Shing Mu Yau, SBS, JP

Mr YAU Shing Mu has joined the company since October 2018. Before that, he served in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government as Under Secretary for Transport and Housing between August 2008 and June 2017. The Bureau of Transport and Housing is one of the largest bureaux in the HKSAR Government.
Other than as public administrator and political appointee, Mr Yau had used to work in the field of journalism for 25 years. After having served Radio Television Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Standard, he joined the Hong Kong Economic Times in 1992 and held the post of Executive Chief Editor between 2000 and 2008. He had also served on the Executive Committee of both the Hong Kong Journalists Association and the Hong Kong Press Council.
Mr Yau received in 2017 the Silver Bauhinia Star in recognition of his outstanding service to the Hong Kong community and contribution in journalism; and has been granted Justice of Peace for life since 2012. Other journalistic prizes that he received include Best Hong Kong Newspaper Reporter (General News) awarded by the Hong Kong Newspapers Society in 1986.
Mr Yau has profound knowledge and experiences in both communication, government and public administration. He has edited and published books on various social issues such as youth problems and Hong Kong’s economic prospects.
Mr Yau holds a Master Degree of Expressive Arts Therapy in the University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences.
Roger Ng

Roger Ng is the Director, Financial Advisor, ex-CFO of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of accounting and treasury management, with private and public companies for over 30 years. Roger has obtained his Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnics University. Besides, he also obtained a certification course for Master Coach jointed conducted by Open University of Malaysia / International Coach Federation.
Roger has vast hands-on experience in providing financial and accounting training in the Vocational Training Council, Open Learning Institute, Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and Hong Kong Productivity Council. He has conducted training in people communication skills, assertiveness training, Managing Gen-Y, project management, retirement planning for companies such as Hong Kong Telecom, Citibank N.A.
